I am an accredited psychotherapist, counsellor and supervisor who has worked with people for many years and in many guises but always from the point of view that I want to support, enable, and advocate. I know how important it is to want the support of someone who is safe, non-judgmental and sensitive.
My work with young people, women who are victims or survivors of domestic violence and abuse and my work with families taught me a lot about working alongside people at their pace and on the issues that are important to them. I have had the pleasure of meeting many interesting people and have been rewarded many times over through the experience.
So, whether you have experienced trauma, relationship breakdown or suffer from anxiety or depression, I am in a position to support you.
